CODE of CONDUCT, HEALTH and SAFETY, and INDEMNITY. The board of directors of the Czech Business Association of Canada (“CBAC”) is committed to the concept of health and safety of its members and participants in all their activities. The activities organized by the CBAC are conducted in accordance with all relevant by-laws and regulations known to the board members. However, all members and participants should be aware that their participation in CBAC activities is solely at their risk and shall indemnify all members of the CBAC board from any liabilities and/or lawsuits. |
